Metro Awakening is a story-driven first-person adventure that immerses players in the post-apocalyptic world of Metro. Developed by Vertigo Games with collaboration from Deep Silver and crafted by series creator Dmitry Glukhovsky, this game presents the origin story of Khan, focusing on the character Serdar as he navigates through eerie tunnels and faces various threats to find his wife and crucial medication
Setting and plot.
The year is 2028, where survivors of a nuclear Armageddon cling to life within the buried subways of Moscow Metro. Players take on the role of Serdar, a doctor searching for his wife amidst the crippling radiation and deadly threats that haunt this man-made purgatory.
