Funcom’s upcoming massively multiplayer open-world survival game, Dune: Awakening, set for release in early 2025, will be one of the first games to feature cutting-edge NVIDIA DLSS 4 technology with Multi Frame Generation and next-gen Razer Chroma integration. These advancements aim to deliver an unparalleled experience of life on Arrakis.

Enhanced Graphics and Immersion
Dune: Awakening has partnered with NVIDIA to incorporate DLSS 4, which will ensure that the harsh and expansive beauty of Arrakis is rendered at incredible frame rates. The game’s stunning visuals include soaring across the dunes as the last rays of sunlight slip over the horizon and witnessing the twin moons rise over the desert.
At CES, Funcom showcased brand-new screenshots from Dune: Awakening, demonstrating how DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation enhances the game’s most exciting moments and majestic sights with both performance and image quality.

Razer Chroma and Haptics Integration
The game will also feature Razer’s next-gen Chroma and haptic integration, allowing players to immerse themselves fully in Arrakis. Through synced lighting and a full suite of haptic feedback devices, including the Freyja HD haptic gaming cushion and Kraken Pro headset, players can experience everything happening around them: the ground rumbling as a giant sandworm approaches, the crashing wind during deadly sandstorms, and the kick from a rocket launcher when firing at an enemy Ornithopter.
In a game where situational awareness is key for survival, Razer Chroma and Haptics integration provides unmatched immersion, making the lines between Arrakis and reality blur.
Immersive Gameplay Experience
Combining NVIDIA DLSS 4 with Razer’s cutting-edge technologies, Funcom pushes both immersion and performance to new heights in Dune: Awakening. The most dangerous planet in the universe feels more real than ever thanks to these advancements.
Landing on Multiple Platforms
Dune: Awakening launches on PC in early 2025. It will also be coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S at a later date, expanding its reach to console players as well.
